We want to start off with thanking you for still shopping and supporting us during this pandemic. 

Processing Information: 

• Processing time is how long it takes to ship out your package. Our processing time is typically 2-10 days. During the virus, it will be extended to 8-15 days. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your package is shipped. 

Shipping Information

• Not all countries are accepting mail from other countries! Please check to see if your country is accepting orders. If you place an international order and your country is not accepting packages, your order will be canceled and refunded. 
• For Domestic (US) shipping, you can expect a delay in shipping times for First Class Mail and Priority Mail. This is due to limited transportation availability due to the virus. Please allow 3-4 days for shipping. All orders come with a tracking number unless other wise stated.
• Please stay mindful of the virus. While we are doing everything to ensure the sanitation of your package, we are not the last person to touch it. Wear gloves when bringing in mail or sanitize your package. The virus is said to last 2-3 days on plastic. Make sure to wash your hands properly after opening mail.

Cleanliness 

• Prior to shipping, the lipgloss tubes are washed with water and soap and all items are wiped down with rubbing alcohol.
• We practice safe hand washing procedures and wear gloves during the packaging process.
• Only 1-2 people will be handling your package and items.
